- Install USBdriver_8916
Extract USBdriver_8916.rar, find“ WinDriver1.00.25_9091 port driver”，double click setup.exe to install driver.
Port check：after install USBdriver_8916, power off your phone, press down “volume +” & “Volume -” together, and connect to PC, after a vibration, wait to finish the installation.
Open the device manager, to check if there’s the port as the picture shows below.
2. Install flash tool QPST.WIN.2.7 Installer-00425.1
2.1） If you have ever installed QPST, please uninstall it first; there extract QPST.WIN.2.7 Installer-00425.1 , double click setup.exe.
When finished, find the path to open QFIL tool “C:\Program Files\Qualcomm\QPST\bin\QFIL.exe”
2.2） Doulble QFIL.exe to run QFIL flash tool
2.3） Upgrade as it says below
2.3.1）Select Flat Build
2.3.2） Browse-> Version-> prog_emmc_firehose_8916.mbn(file in the rar file)
2.3.3）Load XML->Version-> rawprogram_unsparse.xml 和 patch0.xml
2.3.4）将Power off your phone, ress down “volume +” & “Volume -” together, and connect to PC, wait for the recognition of port 9008.
2.3.5）Select Port QDloader 9008
2.3.6）Click Download.
2.3.7）After flash succeed, disconnect phone and PC, pull out and insert battery, reboot the phone.

1, For ID 42151101029-3000: Part1, Part2, Part3 (ID 42151100001-1029 can’t flash this firmware)
BIOS: 1) 32 bits upgrade to 64 bits;
2) 64 bits: ID 22151103000 later are with 64 bits BIOS, just flash inside 64 bits BIOS file (Normally it’s not necessary).
2, For ID 42151103000 later: Part1, Part2, Part3 (Normally this BIOS flashing is not necessary, but if your class 10 sd card can’t be read, please flash BIOS first)
Note: BT, WIFI, TP 3 driver files are divided into V200 and V300, which need to be used for corresponding ID.
V200 is for ID 1029-3000(last 4 numbers), and V300 is for ID 3000 later.
